Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I have a refund if I don't want the item anymore after placing the order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't entered the shipping process yet. Please give us your order number to email email@example.com and we will give you a full refund. Note that, if your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it anymore.
